This doesn’t work because the least-charged battery would charge to match all the rest before any of the others got charge. It’s basic physics (which obviously the designer hasn’t had). So there would be no sorting and all the batteries would be charged equally unless they’re each on their own circuit, and then you’re duplicating things.
KISS principle needs to be applied here. Battery chargers are designed the way they are for a reason and this designer is not producing a novel idea.

marcelusually you throw in all batteries at once. And i get them out all at one time.

I use rechargable batteries for almost everything, and all the chargers I have used you put the batteries in at once, and they charge at the same rate. Some are done sooner then others, depending on rate of discharge. I just remove them as they reach full charge and put them away.
This doesn;t seem like something that’s really new, and as someone else said, appears to be needlessly complicated.
